The file on my machine is 120,235kb in size. It looks like there is a newer version of the installer. I will build 11.3 tonight using that version and upload it. Should be ready tomorrow. I have put in the wingman and lpoint debug stuff also.
The new version 11.3 should be using the latest installer package. I hope this clears up the issue. I still cannot get it to happen on my machine (I reinstall all the time).
