Depending on how pog handles the numbers, it may or may not make a difference. Try 2.7e8, see if it makes a difference.

27e7 will earn you a good beating from any math or science teacher. It's WRONG. Not scientific notation. You just made up your own notation.

Oh also, what would be the speeds for 1/3 and 2/3 the speed of light?

1e8 and 2e8 respectively. 3e8 is the speed of light.
