Is Unstable Space downloadable?

If someone should find the latest version... think its 11.4 I can upload it to my server so people can get at it and play it

I personnaly stopped playing. Ive finished the game a few times. But i never played the 1. So i saw some movies from the first opus, and i was nearly crying, because the story is so catchy !

Has anyone been able to upload this file anywhere? It's not up on the Torn-Stars/US site. It has TS 8.0, but where is US 11.4 at?
