Cannot download: Torn stars Trade data

Okay, this is beginning to be a serious problem. I am almost positive it is my hoster restricting the site somehow..but I will check into it right now

Okay, I have solved the downloading problems I think. It had to do with a PHP upgrade my hoster made. Revealed a heretofor unknown bug in my download manager. Let me know if things work now. Don't mind the temporary ugliness of the download area. I lost the css file during the repairs
