How i hire marines?

Hey to everybody.
When i send my wingmen to capture a ship i get the following message:
"No marines".
Where i can buy marines?
In the first eoc there was a mod calling iFleet.
In the Torn Star:middle states there is something similar?

Marines were removed from Torn Stars at the end. We are waiting until the Traffic release (some time next year) before we include Marines and capturing ships.
