How to find O/S rumour location?

That what the romour guy told me.
Anyhow I am on the other side of the map right now to look into it. I am way over in Hant

yeah, but it seems the rumor guy will not always say the truth
(could be a feature, but I think it's rather a bug )
the truth is : the name of the faction you see when selecting the station (in the contact list)

I made some changes to Rumor Sellers for Unstable Space. You now get to choose if your rumor is about a hidden base or a fence (they have different costs). And the code is more careful to not give you the same location twice.
