How to find O/S rumour location?

Hi,

how do you find out of system rumour location.?
In Corliss, at the Boone Leisure Complex I got a tip about
a Secret Base,
Customs Operation
Station and Run by was empty)
The waypoint is out of system.
Do I need to fly to all the systems to find this location?

Sorry I overlooked this earlier. That is clearly a bug. The rumor locations should only be in the same system. And never the Empty faction. I will go looking for that one. Sorry about your lost credits.

I like the way the rumour touter is giving me rumours on places I already know about. lol

How do you get the base on the romour to open up to you, or have them show up on your reputation?

I dock to 3 romour base already after pay for the romour locaion, but their reputation did not show up on my list.
1 if the Kong and the other I do not know the name to.

are you sure the station is owned by the kong ?
I got multiple tips (spent around 15k in tips already) that pointed me to the wrong station
explanations :
I buy the tip
go there
see that the station there is NOT owned by the faction the tipper told me and I already know this faction
and I already know this station (since the start, it's an official station)
