Tag radius is increased greatly and grab radius is configurable in flux.ini

I'm obviously forgetting something as it's been so long since I last played iwar2, but I can't figure out how to configure this, or the original jafs mod. There's no flux.ini included with the mods and they don't seem to add anything to the flux.ini in the game folder. What am I forgetting?

I'm using the GOG version now as opposed to the original DVD.
