EoC Patch 2: What is it?

What does "patch 2" off the TS site patch?

I checked the forums and, while it is possible I missed an explanation, I could not find what it adds/changes.

The original game (without the patch) did not support mods. The patch adds mod support (and fixes some bugs).

So it's the same as the F14.6 patch?

Yes, they are one and the same. I added that number to the file details so othere are not confused. Thanks!
