LDS & LDS stop 20km before goals

there is a thing that is a tad boring
pulling my fleet together ...
if before going anywhere I wait for my ships to get into their position
there won't be a problem when going to LDS, they will follow & stop when I stop

however, if for whatever reason I left them behind
& stopped my LDS, they will in fact stop their LDS engine around 20km before reaching me

so, when you have a large fleet it becomes a tad boring to always have to look after left behind ones

so :
-is it possible to change the way LDS is handled so that they close in more quickly ?
-OR is it possible to have another order which would be the equivalent to F7 ?(F7 makes your ship align on any ship, whatever it is doing, and will close in very quickly until in the right position)
-OR is it possible to allow your ships to be sent somewhere far with an order (go to my target) and then you will escort your own escort (with F7)

sidenote: I never said thanks for Torn Stars to all contributors, so here it is : a thousand thanks to you all :D

I may be able to help you out there.
There a button on Ifleet for Group Approach Target, which should work here aswell unless you want your fleet to go out of system.
[iFleet.GroupApproachTarget]
Keyboard, 5

This will get any of your fleet to go anywhere with in the System with or without you.

Hope that help

I beleive GrandpaTrout added the 20km distance to ensure that wingman were not ramming into stations or other targets. At least that is what I recall. Also, your very welcome for the mod...we are glad everyone is enjoying it!

Yessirree...several thousand hours for me. Luckily I enjoyed it, and learned a lot from it. And still am for that matter.
