Any 'nub guides to getting started in Epic mod?

Hello, been floating around this site and community off and on for most of EoC life time, and I have recently started playing again and I was wondering if there are any guides of some sort for the epic mod?

23 for life woo! And www.i-war2.com/epic/default.asp is the site for all thing's epic, the files are under release page and file center at the bottom... but from what I can tell, this is really a playable version, in that there really isn't much to do atm, just testing... unless I am missing something, hence my above question heh.
