Remove the black bars from cutscenes?

I'm a little stuck here - I just downloaded the Dogs of War intro movie as a mod and started it up.

It works fine - however, there are black bars on the top and bottom which overlap some of the interface, just like in a normal cutscene.

Is there any way to get rid of these bars? I want to make an HD movie out of the intro and put it on YouTube, but it looks a little odd with the interface cut off.

Just found it out myself. Edited flux.ini and changed this:
