StationSave Mod Issue

I'm using the StationSave mod, if anyone's familiar with that. It does a good job, as long as I don't leave Hoffer's Wake...if I'm in a different system, I think what it's doing is popping me back to the same coordinates after a "save", but in Hoffer's Wake, not the system I was in before. Also, when this happens my ship is "not there." Any ideas?
