ajf36: Nearly all the missions in EoC require you stay to the end and finish it. If you leave at any stage before the mission has finished, the mission will get confused. First, check to see if the mission is stil active Shift-O. If it is, then go to the start of that mission (making sure you are armed with the necessary).
If the mission does not register in your objectives, then it's a case of going to your last save. Now . . . . if you have used autosave i.e. the game saves as you arrive at your base, as oppose to manual save, you'll have to start from scratch. Otherwise load up your last manual save and start from there.
