ACT 2 ending was created by durielk
I went to the HQ station and blasted wave after wave of those damn marauders, the station starguns were disabled. What gives how many hours is required to finish this mission. I blasted the station for 15 min and didn't put a dent in it.
How you finish this HQ off. I got tired of killing, so I thought I would go see how the other station wars were doing, and got a game ending boot.

Hi durielk, welcome to the forum. Do you have all your pilots? Reason I ask, is 'cos the best way to destroy the station is to tell your wingmen to destroy it. Hit Shift O, if it still says get pilots, you haven't got them all.
Of course I'm assuming you mean the station guarded by the Gunstars.

Isn't he talking about the mission where you have to take out the gunstars with autoaim off while you keep the station targeted which destroies the station sheild so you can destroy the station? (That's a mouthfull )
Or am I thinking of something else?

WetWired & Soup, you've got it. I have to keep the station targeted for that one crazy guy to disable the gunstars. I did do it and the gunstars went down, then wave after wave of marauders keep coming. I was drilling the station HQ the whole 15 minutes, and more, but never made a dent.
I'll try the attack my target command. I was going to go to the Supply Station and get a container of exspolsives or something and fly back and do a drop run on the HQ station when it gave me the boot for leaving.

Keep the station targeted, so the gunstars will be powered down. Then, instead of attacking the station, attack the gunstars. As wetwired said, since you're targeting the station, you'll have to turn autoaim off to hit them.
