This game is destroying me

Nearly there, almost but not quite, love being a space pirate, after struggling to get there, but I just can't finish the game,ACT 3/ Mission 9/ Antimatter Cordon.. Killed the bad guys so many times, saved the ship re-powered up to 100% sometimes only with me and the T-fighters, some times with MCA wingmen... but then nothing.. the ship crackles away showing 100%, even with wingmen docked I can't select the L-point and fly away it just explodes, HELP SOMEBODY PLEASE< I've had my joystick in my hand for weeks

What are the mission objectives again? <COMMROSE><CMD><DOC><OBJECTIVES>

Have you patched to v14.6?

You need to defeat the incoming corvettes engaging the ship. There are about 5 waves. Good luck!
NOTE: A strategy -- send one deadshot to one target, they'll then engage you instead of the ship. Use your t-figters to finish them off.
Another strategy: arm with proximity mines, and after the ship stopped, mine the surrounding about 10km from the ship to the probable passages.
