The "new" Mon Calamari MC80 Cruiser

Ok, unfortunately the construction methods of my previous model were poorly conceived and it got totally out of hand. But I did learn a lot about what I have to deal with when building a ship like this. So here are some update pics. This is a totally new model. But it's getting there.



Where the engines go. There's still two missing.

Just a little update: The Mon Cal cruiser is 99.9% done. I'm just having a little trouble with some booleans. But once that's resolved, the model will be finished and ready for textures. (Pics to come shortly.)

This was the last ship in the list, so I think you can all look forward to a beta very soon.

The Mon Calamari cruiser mesh is finished! Now to get it into the game and then ready for texturing.

Here you can see one of the hangars that you'll dock into for repairs (near front).


This ship is nearly as long as a Star Destroyer!


Now to get cracking on the new cockpits. [8D]
