Something is wrong with tPCWeaponSeller.pog ?

Hi guys,
I just downloaded Unstable Space. I went on and try to buy weapons, but all weapons' quantity was 0, so I couldn't buy any.
I found an interesting thing here: When I opened tPcWeaponSeller.pog, there's a line:

But I can't find where cargo_weapon.ini is, so I duplicated weapon_cargo.ini, and renamed the clone "cargo_weapon.ini". It still won't work.

By the way, the dealer I tried to purchase from is in Penda system STC (Police HQ). I have "Allied" standing with Emerald Navy.

Sorry qiaoyech, this has been fixed in the current beta. There is a ticket for it in the bug tracker.

How can I download the current Beta version?
