I no find Best updates for my ship, only AutoRep 3, LDS1, CPU1, Launch Doble.

RumorSellers guide to best updates?

Escolt Allyed cargos increase slide faction after to buy alliance for 40000?
Kill common enemys in the allyed station or defend station increase the level of faction?
