Modding the DLL's is prohibited in the license agreement, so we cannot host it. But nice work!

I care not for, nor am I bound by license agreements. They stand on extremely tenuous legal ground at best (not speaking for Americans here...). And if there is a modified DLL that the owner of said dll does not want to see modified, they can contact me and let me know. Nevertheless, if it gives GrandpaTrout the heebeegeebees I guess we won't be hosting it.

Even given that:
1. Atari is unlikely to enforce that clause in this case
2. EULA's may not even stand up in court
3. The files patched are actually from the patch, which doesn't include a license agreement
it probably isn't a good idea to host/include it. Any threat from Atari could cause a lot of grief for Torn Stars, and nobody wants that.
