This patch fixes a specific problem in Act 2 of Edge Of Chaos, where a character called Frederick Jackson at a station called Jackson's Yard will not speak to you, which can prevent progress through the game.

Lucretia's base is moved to Fomalhaut. Fearful that the propaganda campaign launched by the Corporates might bring the Navy into the conflict against the League, Hoffer asks Cal to launch in his tug and use a fake IFF and find out what's going on.

I think this has already been fixed, but yes, SNRVs can be induced to load cargo pods...
