Ahhh - after reading this it seems to cover my thoughts. Mind you adding some layers on top of this system for quick creation of more specific group / task-force mixes could be good.
Now - is this code block available? Or is this going to be part of the Middle States release.

Right. This is the lowest level of abstraction. Above this you would assemble a group of ships for a specific task and then hand the group off to a scenario handler. (that is the rough plan of the PS traffic header files).
This code will not be part of the middle states release. But it will be part of the traffic release. You could have it now if you need it.

Grandpa Trout, at this point I think I can wait for the traffic release. If I get to the point I am looking for something earlier then I'll give you a shout.
