please help on act 2 , mission x

i still havent found the earthmovers and mining equipment that i have to take to mca ritz hq . i have the earth movers but cant find the mining equipment . where can i find this , i just keep going everywhere seaching for this and im not gettin anywhere . im on act 2 close to the last mission and i just got all my pilots but its not lettin me go no father i guess until i complete this job. someone please help

i just found out the job is named " excavation "

playboy' this is a sub mission and doesn't affect the main game - just get on with your main missions. If you come across some earthmover and mining equipment, all well and good.
