PLease help I dont know how to get it

OK....I've completed all the acts and I'm playing on in Free form etc...But I'm trying to get my hands on a Signal Mask 3 or Signal Jammer whateverits called.

I have 3 trades opitions for Signam Mask 1, 1 trade option for SM2 but nothing for signal mask 3.

have I missed one fo the missions or something?
If I have can I edit my save game to let me do the mission again, I notice there are several "Generated Missions", which I guess or not story line critical, so maybe I can get to replay these?

What should I do?

Free form removes itself from the mission play so anything you did then or have is unrelated. If you want to get the Signal Mask try using the Future Trader mod. This of course begs the question why you need the Signal Mask?

Signal masks don't really have any use. Stealth was never played out in eoc. Infact, I believe that enemies can always see you anyway.
