Im stuck at the mission where you have to get to Mwari through the Toad Skin Lagrange.

When I get the waypoint I fly over to it and go through the lagrange point, but when I come out on the other side I get a mission fail.

The first time I tried this when I came out of the lagrange I was surrounded by mines, I was killed so I tried reloading then the problem started.

Am I doing something wrong or is it a glitch.

The game tends to route you through the nearest L-point between you and your destination (just like all those times you wanted to LDS directly to a destination but the computer feels the need to drag you through a L-point waiting line). For this mission there are two possible routes that your ship can take, and one is the correct one, the other will cause a "mission fail" ending. It's best just to manually jump to the target destination. The exit with the mines was the correct one. When you exit the L-point, full thrust out a ways, turn, and start blasting mines and ships.

Just to echo Shane's advice. This mission has a bug in it, whereby if you allow the autopilot to take you to Toad Skin it will invariably fail because the auto navigation takes you somewhere else. Cal perceives this as running from the mission, so the mission fails.

When you get to St Georges, target the L-Point, go into nav and choose Toad Skin. Then fly through the L-Point manually. And as Shane says; get ready for immediate action.

It does not always fail. I found if I park on one side (hemisphere actually) of the fighter group, when I autopiloted I would go to the wrong L-point; but the other side of the group would bring me to the right L-point. I had to reference this with a fixed point, so I used Lucrecia's base. It seemed to work.

This bug drove me nuts the first time I played the game. I think they set the meeting point upon a "boundary line", where a kilometer or two can make the routing difference.
