Getting out of Dagda

I know other people have had similar problems but I haven't seen this exact one. Every time I try to jump out of Dagda halfway through the wormhole the game cuts out and windows goes to error report, does anyone know how to get out of Dagda or a mod that skips the wormhole cutscene.
