Problems at the Ritz

Hello:

When in te begining of the aact two i go and meet Indigo at the Ritz she never send me the new email asking for help. Because of this i never get the patcom and more important, there are missions that never became active, so simpply i cannot continue playing...

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
