Anoying "Incomplete" mission

Ok this is an objective on my objectives list. It says:

"Need Ore"
Incomplete: Pirate pods of ore.
Incomplete: Swap the pirated ore for mining charges using the trade screen.

What the HELL!!!
It won’t go away and it has been there since I like started the game!
There is also this thing on my contacts list and it say. "Aldo" Why is this on my contact list? It to has been there since the beginning of the game! I have pirated plenty of ore in this game and swapped them for mining charges. Am I missing something?

Thats a glitch if I remember right. Try installing the newest patch, that should help.

it is right that you still have a waypoint called Aldo ?
Try to fly to it. watch if a little utility ship or freigher arrive to, shoot at him but dont destroy it. It should drop some Container with Ore. These ore you can trade and complete these submission.
