Fitting New Equipment

I just did that mission today.... the flagship one. Wasn;t too tricky... managed it second time. Seems to be a matter of a) making sure your Tug is difficult to detect... b) Going quite fast with the paint drone. Also may have been the timing of the fighter patrols.

Our last hope went out with Captain Mission.
