L-Points

Which of the L-Poinbts have no policing etc?
I wanna start doing some pirating but i want less risk to start of with.

I'm assuming you're talking about Hoffer's Wake. The Blackeye-L point (IMHO) is the best. No police, some marauders, and lots of League traffic. After that, the Corinthia-L is also ok. The Smarakand-L, around Griffon, is really slow, and seldom sees heavy traffic.

Watch out for the Alexander-L. They have a strong police presence.
