How to use cargos(Besides recycling)?

Once I got a cargo of CPUs as reward ,then How can I turn the cargo into CPUs???

In the standard un-moded game you can only use them for trading (or recycling).
There are usually some special trade offers for the stuff you get from the mission rewards.
