Antimatter components

Anybody know the best place to find antimatter components. I need some to trade for a Combat LDA. Thanks

Hmm. Offhand, I don't know of anyplace where antimatter is exceptionally common. I'd recommend hanging out at the Baal L-point in Kompira, personally. Solan and Maas like to haul all manner of cargo through there, and there's a fair chance you'll come across some sooner or later. If not, at least you're pretty likely to find something of interest. Perhaps one of the more expert players can be of more use.

Thanks for the reply. I was afraid you'd say something like that. It's what I've found also. I tried to take down a Solan utility with antimatter fuses at Baal and was blown out of the sky by those funny looking interceptors. Wonder why this is the only item I can use to trade for a combat shield at this point in the game?

Thanks Shane. With a little patience I was able to find two pods at Laza. I wanted to fit out my ship just right before the "Battle of Mwari." Got myself a heavy corvette now.

I doubt you've overseen the possibility, but just in case: you can trade online with another player for things like a Combat LDA.(or antimatter or whatever weapons you need).

You would just have to find someone willing to trade with you for whatever you have to offer in return. Then use the "Epic Online" mod and join the (pre-agreed) multiplayer server or host your own server.
