Then it might be helpfull, if someone who got this running could tell, where in his registry the ParticleSystems-key is located.

Using regedit I found it on my computer under : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE and then alphabetically arranged behind my PAINT.NET key

Hi to everybody still interested in the TORN STAR files and who got problems with the instaler.

Here www.torn-stars.com/index.php?option=com_...ils&gid=14&Itemid=81 and www.spacesimcentral.com/downloads.php?ca...0&order=ASC&start=15 you can get the zipped files for instaling it by "hand", means put them into the appropriate folders.

THEN...hopefully the game will work with the mod.

Thats the task I will try to get on this weekend.

Just remember if the download doesn't work that you might need to register because I cap guest user bandwidth to 250GB a month and registered users have a bunch.
