Problems with location finder mod

I placed the unzipped mod into the mods folder and it shows up in the Extras menu. I choose it there, enter the game and hit "tab" and nothing happens.

Any help would be great on this. I am patched to F14.6

Dammit Cal...

1: Is multimod enabled?
2: Did you add the key bind in your controls?
3: The mod runs fine if you put the zip in the mods folder.
