How can I contribute my mod to the community?

I made a mod about wingman calling,simple but effective. And I 'd like to share it with the community,but I don't know how to contribute it. So anyone could give me some clues about that please? Thank you.

Navigate via Home to the modders page on this site. You'll see the "mod development guidelines" and "mod release guidlines" in the submenue on the right.

If you're satisfied your mod works right and meets the mod guidlines you can send it to the site Owner/Admin, Soupdragon, and he can put it on the downloads page for you.

Thank you for enlightening me on that. Originally, I made the mod just as a correspondence to my own motive that I could summon a squadron of fighters to be my escort or just company whenever in space.
I would like to post a special thread for that, including the summary about the mod, a medium long story in which some words from the bottom of my heart, and a little poem that moved me so.
And I named the mod, Skull Squadron.
