Junkyard in contact list

Hi dudez,

Two days ago I started all over and I begun playing the game from the begin, but now I've done some missions and I found out that I have, the junkyard in my contact list everytime I launch.
I don't care about that but wenn I fly to the junkyard there's nobody, no junker, no stepson guy, completely nobody.
Can I fix this by reinstalling the game or is this bug/failure saved in my savegame?

Try installing the patch , next start a new game. I had the same proplem and I fixed it this way!

I have the same problem, but I'm waiting to see if act 2 doesn't get rid of the problem.

The Junkyard contact stayed in my list for a good while. I just ignored it and it went away some time later. Don't worry about starting over unless you've gone for some time without missions, or see something that's obviously messing up.

This is for preventing the Junkyard contact list bug to appear.
After you undock from the reactor with fuel rods don't rush home with F8 autopilot but use approach autopilot until the mission is complete. Only then dock with the base. Check if the mission is completed before you dock with your base at the end of your mission!
