Bloodhound

When I completed the Bloodhound mission - the one with the waypoints and the marauder base - I received no acknowledgement: no congratulations, no e-mail, either from the other ships or back at the MCA base.

Is this correct?

You probably haven't done something right. Check the objectives and the E-mails. I am not sure about the specific mission but you should recieve something for almost every mission. Mayby you could leave base and go back just to be sure.
