Dude did you complete mission hide and seek? if not that could be the problem thats what happened to me...try this change your ship to command section and launch...just see what happens...

I never did get the waypoint to meet the ship that's supposed to carry me... Didn't think of launching just the command module though. I'll let you know how that works. Thanks!

Erh...i'm having a similar problem. I've done battle of the Mwari (at least i think i have, got the heavy corvette off that mission) and now i'm stuck. i don't know how many missions i have not completed yet (most of them, i think it's just one or two i haven't done). it's been like 2 months since i last played, and my memory is like a sieve, i can't remember what the hell i've done. Objective screen looks like:

Act 2, Badlands

Wolf's Lair

-Find the Marauder Base

or something like that. help? i'm clueless
