Hunter seeker mines

I have comleted destroying all the hunter seeker mines and docked to the pirate's station to gte the blueprints. I docked to the cargo pod and went back to base, however it doesnt show up in my manufacturing screen in order to be able to build them... what am i missing?

I know this might sound strange, but when you docked to Lucrecia's base was the pod still on your ship.

If you have a save you can go back to, you can try having jafs pick up the pod. Believe it or not, he's more reliable than Cal.
