How do I tell which missions I have completed

While I have finished the game once I decided to play again. However my work has meant that I sometimes have a week or two between games. I seem to be at point that requires some actions close to the end of act two that I have not completed. I have no mission objectives so do not know hat I have missed. I need to find out what missions I have missed. Can anyone help?

I found out about manual lds before I found autopilot. I was happy to find out that I didn't have to risk running into the sun on every lds hop.
