desesperatly looking for fuel pellets in act 1

hi! i have this mission where i have to trade fuel pellets for seekers missiles in act 1 but i have only 5 of the 6 fuel pellets required and this is holfing me from progressing in the game. Do any of you knows where i could get fuel pellets? like a processing plant of some sort??

You need to take out fuel haulers to get your required pellets, then get Jafs to deliver the goods.

This shouldn't be holding you up as it's a sub mission, which means it doesn't affect the outcome of the game. So if it all gets a little tiring just leave it and move on. The mission will eventually be removed from the mission objectives.
