How do i talk to jackson in act2 mission 7. I activated it and went to his yard and docked to it and stuff but he doesn't talk or say anything.

Sounds like you need the Jackson's Yard patch. It's a fix for the specific bug I think you have. Cool, huh? You can get it at this site or the official site.
