Unification

I hope you can help me.I completed Act 2 where can I find the pilots.
I completed trouble at the ranch, Meet the Oman, High noon. After I finished each one I went back to my base and saved the program.
I never got Act 2 Mission 11, Unification, to where I have to fly to Greenback in Hoffers Wake for the Waypoint Rendesvous Point.
After I found out that I had to do that I'm at Act 2 Missiom 20.
Is there anyway that I can get that mission 11 act 2 some how ?
I need your HELP badly.

The missions in Act 2 do not necessarily follow each other. It depends on the completion of other missions in Act 2.

In the case of mission 11 you will need to have completed mission 7 - The Exile.
