Where do you get the anti-matter stream????

The Anti-Matter weapon is available only in Act 3. Unless you use Future Trader then I believe you can buy it at Christmas L-Point.

Geez... you're way too anxious to get your hands on weapons of mass destruction . In case you're wondering about antimatter rem missiles too, you get them in act 3 along with the antimatter pbc and stream .
