Where do i get the antimatter PBC.

Well in the single player game, you get it in act 3, at the very end of the game. I'm guessing if you have futuretrader you can buy one at stations, although I haven't seen any.
I don't think it's that great though, the rate of fire and the projectile speed are kinda slow, you'll have a hard time hitting anything smaller than a corvette. Assault cannons are much better, they kick some major ass.

Edit: If you have futuretrader you can get one at St Elmo Naval Research Institute in Santa Romera (and lots of other places I didn't bother going to).
