I dont know how to complete the mission because I dont have any idea where to start

if someone can help me with that mission i'll be very grateful

by the way, where can I find the Oman and other factions for making them allies? I found the sherief and the 3rd way by now but I dont really know how manny left

If you've already dealt with the Sherrif and the Third Way, then you only have to deal with the Oman.

Go to Daru-el-Salam in Kompira and the mission should start.

IIRC, you won't be able to complete Wolf's Lair until all the other missions are done.
