3 Yes Votes and I'll Start a Discord Server

If three people besides me say in this thread that they'd join a Discord server I start up, then I will do so. It would enable use to communicate much more quickly than here, especially if we're trying to work together on things, and would make potential multiplayer games hilarious.

Obviously the forum will still be really important, like for newbies, people who don't check in often, and for announcements and whatnot. Discord has yet to effectively replace any forum anywhere.

Never used Discord, but FYI:
I already have a Mumble server running on this machine that can be used by anyone who wants to.

Mumble is a nice VoiceChat program and apps for mobile devices exist, too.

Hey, nice to see you return to the forum!

Discord is a chat application like Skype, but more specialized for gamers and has a much prettier UI, plus funny update changelogs. A server on it basically is a big chat room so people with a common interest can chat together. This way we'd be able to yak about I-War 2 stuff much more quickly in situations like modding, where one person is being helped by another.
