On the cover of the IW2 box theres a ship in the back ground that has Navy written on the front. What ship ids that.???

Would that be the the ship on your right hand ?, if so it's the
Navy Heavy Destroyer, the specific name eludes at me the moment.

That would be the Guillotine Class Heavy Destroyer. If you want to mess around with it, here's a mod that replaces your Command Section...
