Ummm, whats up?

I have just downloaded the mods that allow you to destroy space stations. I downloded everything nessesary. (Just look at the topic named "Plese Help!") Anyway,I fried a Maas station with Antimatter beams for a while but it still wasn't destroyed. Did I do something wrong?
