saved games

does any one have a saved game one with out mods for the mission after the antimatter mission as I have been stuck at this point for over a year now and I am unable to get any further as I just dont seem able to save the transporter.!

forget that I just found a mission by mission walkthrough and it is the second to last mission so I will carry on trying to complete this game by myself [}]

Theres a bug in that mission. Dock your wingmen before the freighter leaves the station , then when the action starts, the freighter will say the field is decaying, but it will stay at 100%.

As for the actual fighting, I find REM missiles very effective. That or a missile boat loadout with about 4 missiles per salvo. THe important point is to get everyone shooting at you, not at the freighter.
